昨晚其实就已经有关于AI芯片禁售的消息了。
不仅禁售，还把国内几个GPU核心公司列到实体清单里，实施新一轮的制裁。
但是这些怎么说呢，好像离普通人还是很遥远。
禁售都是A800、H800，跟我们有什么关系？
**直到他们把屠龙刀也放在了你我这种普通消费者的脖子上。

4090，也特么限制了。
最主流最顶端的A100和H100原本就是限售的，市场有预期的是A800和H800会被限制，之前就有这样的传闻了，所以很多厂商都有做囤货。
但是超预期的是，4090禁售。。。
目前，京东所有4090主机已经全部无货，你已经想买都买不到了。
中午我去淘宝上看的时候，4090卡都还有，小涨到1w3左右。
下午2点多再看的时候，已经特么的1w5了。
再到现在，已经全部涨到了离谱的2.5~3w。属于借着禁售令，直接哄抬物价。
要知道，4090只是特么的消费级显卡啊，这是民用的啊！！！
4090都是什么人在买，都是我们这种人畜无害的游戏狗逼啊！
我们买4090，只是特么为了打游戏有更好的画质、有更高的帧率、有更全的特效！！！
我特么真的有点愤怒了。
之前禁H100和A100的时候，管制的只是Nvlink互联带宽，于是英伟达推出带宽阉割版的H800和A800卖给中国，带宽从600GB/s降低到400 GB/s，多卡集群有影响，但是单卡性能没有损失。
但是现在直接屠龙刀一架，FP32浮点算力、FP16浮点算力、芯片面积什么都管，TPP = FP32*32 不得高于4800，如果TPP高于1600，则TPP除以芯片面积（PD）不得高于5.92，基本上能够用来做AI大模型的卡都被禁了。
英伟达的SEC文件中也已经明确提到RTX 4090，“including but not limited to the A100, A800, H100, H800, L40, L40S, and RTX 4090”
除了淘宝的那一帮人，合作显卡方的官网的4090显卡也已经全部下架。
这一波，AI人和游戏狗都沉默了。
终于，科技的封锁也跟每个人都息息相关。
这一次是4090，下一次就有可能是4080，再下一次极端点特么的4060都给你封了。
还特么的想炼大模型？还想搞SD炼丹？
我特么让你跑个博德之门3的30帧都跑不满。以后还玩个屁的黑悟空，滚回去玩俄罗斯方块吧。
起初，他们禁光刻机的时候，
我沉默了，因为我跟光刻机的距离太遥远。
当他们禁华为5G芯片的时候，
我沉默了，因为我还能买到别的品牌手机。
当他们禁H100的GPU芯片的时候，
我沉默了，因为我们好像H800也能玩。
最后当他们把4090给禁了让我们连游戏都玩不了的时候，
再也没有人站起来为我说话了。
去尼玛的。
但是我相信我们中国。
我们有华为、有寒武纪、有壁仞、有燧原、有摩尔、有那么多科技企业。
三年时间，我相信，最多三年，我们完全可以追平甚至反超美国的GPU产业。
就跟光伏、跟盾构机、跟新能源车、跟5G芯片一样。
我相信，我们终会再次喊出那四个字。
