昨天看到了OpenAI公开的一个蛮有趣的研究。
大概就是从2022年ChatGPT发布到今天，2年半，也就是一坤年的时间，全球的用户，到底是谁在用GPT，以及这群人是怎么用的。
是一篇几十页的论文，名字叫《How People Use ChatGPT》，我看完了，感觉可以给大家总结一些有趣的信息。
1、AI现在越来越不是纯粹的生产力工具了。就在一年前，和工作无关的用途占53%，到了今年6月，这个数字飙升到了73%，用户会更多的把他当生活顾问，工作相关的使用量其实也在增长，但生活中的用途增长得更快。
2、ChatGPT刚发布时，80%用户是男性。但现在，男女比例几乎一比一了，女性用户甚至还以52%对48%略微反超，女性更偏爱用它来写作和获取生活指导，男性则更常用它来做技术求助和信息查询。
3、所有成年用户发的消息里，有46%是18到25岁的年轻人发的，主要是生活和学习。这个年龄段只有23%的用途和工作有关，是所有年龄段里最低的。
4、学历越高越爱工作，研究生学历的用户，48%的对话和工作有关，而学历低于本科的用户，这个比例只有37%。
5、寻求建议、辅助决策的用法（51.6%）超过了直接产出结果的用法（34.6%），且用户满意度更高，更多的人还是把AI当做自己的助手，而不是全依靠AI。
6、网上很多人都在说AI写代码有多牛逼，但从大众用户来看，这并不是主流用法，所有对话里，和计算机编程相关的只占4.2%，当然，这可能和很多专业的编程工具比如Cursor等等分流了用户有关。
7、GPT-5上线的时候闹的沸沸扬扬的情感陪伴占比就更少了，所有对话里，专门讨论人际关系和个人反思的，只占了微不足道的1.9%。
8、一个很有潜力的应用场景，教育。所有用途里，有10.2%是“辅导和教学”，这是除了找信息和改文章之外最大的单一用途。
9、AI不是有钱人的专属，报告里比较了2024年和2025年各个国家的用户渗透率。你会发现，增长最快的曲线，来自人均GDP在1万到4万美元的中低收入国家，技术带来的机会，正在以惊人的速度流向世界的每一个角落。
到2025年7月，ChatGPT每周有7亿活跃用户，每天处理超过25亿条消息，这个用户量差不多是全世界成年人口的10%。
人类历史上，可能没有任何一个新技术。
能普及得这么快，这么猛。
