在DeepSeek席卷全球几天之后，那些该来的还是来了。
先是意大利，直接把DeepSeek从Appstore和谷歌商店下架了。
理由是：
DeepSeek的服务器设在中国，折让数百万意大利人的数据处于风险之中。所以，你不合规，下架。
然后白宫发声，人工智能顾问大卫·萨克斯在福布斯的采访中说。
DeepSeek“有可能”窃取了美国的知识产权才得以崛起。
“人工智能领域中有一种技术叫‘蒸馏’，你会听到很多关于它的说法，它是指一个模型从另一个模型中学习。有大量证据表明，DeepSeek的做法是从OpenAI的模型中提炼知识，我认为OpenAI对此并不高兴。”
当然，你要说到底什么证据，这哥们也没列出来。
随后，微软、OpenAI都开始发声，要调查DeepSeek是否偷取了OpenAI的数据，是否用GPT来帮助训练DeepSeek自己的模型。
矛头都指向了DeepSeek偷数据，这违反了OpenAI的知识版权。
不过说实话，OpenAI谈知识版权这四个字，还是有点搞笑的。。。
而且全世界蒸馏你数据的那么多，咋就DeepSeek做出来了呢？你这不是变相的官方认证吗。
最搞笑的是，白宫那哥们大卫·萨克斯还说：
“我们相信，在我们前进的过程中，与美国政府密切合作，以最好的方式保护最先进的模型，使其免受竞争对手夺取美国技术努力的影响，这一点至关重要。”
刚好说这话的前一天，OpenAI刚发了一个美国政府专用版的ChatGPT Gov。
表忠心态度极佳。
然后，就在昨晚，凌晨12点，两耳不闻窗外事的Claude的创始人达里奥，都下场更新了一篇博客，说：DeepSeek的进展让美国对中国的芯片出口管制政策，比一周前更加关乎美国的“生死存亡”。
要知道，这哥们真的从来不在X上发言的，一共就发了两篇帖子，上一次更新时间还在去年10月。
这次DeepSeek的火爆，让扫地僧都坐不住了。。。
他的文章内容大概总结一下就是：
我们是探索者，探索者花钱当然多，DeepSeek就是一个跟在后面摘桃子的，它当然便宜，而且我们的Claude3.5比它好多了好吧，再者就是DeepSeek肯定走私了很多卡，不合规，这后门必须得堵上。总之就是，赶紧封了对中国所有的芯片出口，推理用的H20也都给他们封了，赶紧，所有的后门也都给中国堵上，这是美国的“生死存亡”之际。
